“Environment and you”

| Формирование и развитие навыков и умений всех видов речевой деятельности: умение работать с новой лексикой, аудировать незнакомый текст с извлечением основной информации, обсуждать проблемы по данной теме в монологических высказываниях, развивать навыки чтения с извлечением определенной информации, навыки письма при выполнении теста, закрепление грамматических навыков говорения с использованием структуры Passive Voice в Present Indefinite; Закрепление умений и навыков работы в приложениях Office Ориентировочно-мотивационный этап. 1. Организационный момент – 4 мин Приветствие, выяснение темы и характера работы на данном уроке. Учитель: Good morning! Get ready for the lesson. Look at the screen. Listen to music. What is this song about? (ответы учащихся)Read the poem and answer the question what is this poem about? If you answer this question you’ll know the theme of our lesson.прочтение стихотворения одним учеником. (ответы учащихся на вопрос учителя) Today we'll speak about the problem of environmental protection, the theme of our lesson is “Environment and you” the problem of our lesson is the global situation in ecology and what can we do with it. The motto of our lesson is “Purity is a base of health, health is a base of wealth”. При проведении урока используется презентация. 2. Речевая зарядка. Для настройки учащихся на урок учащиеся отвечают на вопросы учителя. You know that people all over the world are worried about our environment. The problem of ecology is very important. At home you read the text “Environment and you” I want to know how well you understand it. • What is the environment? • What living things surround us? • What non-living things surround us? • What kind of resources are used for purposes of industry and agriculture? • What happened to the national resources as a result of their wide use? • What does the environment need today? • Do you agree with the statement that most people understand the necessity to fight pollution? • What should we try to do? • What is the policy of our state in environment protection? II. О перационно-исполнительский этап. 1. Монологическое высказывание. Grammar (Passive Voice) Повторение теоретических сведений (На доске – картинки с изображением экологических проблем, отдельно записаны предложения в страдательном залоге.) 1. Fill in is or are. (Вставьте is или are.) 1 When the trees ...cut down, the forests ...destroy. 2 When paper ...recycle, nature ...not damage. 3 When nature ...not pollute, wild animals ...not hurt. 4 When animals ...save, nature...not pollute. Here you can see ecological problems of our town Работа в группах по 2 человека. Составление мини проектов. Now it’s high time to discuss and solve some ecological problems, the main topic is “Environment”. We’ve divided into groups of two, that’s why you are sitting in such a way. Two speakers will have a conversation about the given topic, while the listener pays attention to their discussion. No one is allowed to take notes. I give you 4-5 minutes. When everyone has quieted down, the listener from each group become a reporter. He or she will tell us the main points of their conversation. At the end we’ll make conclusions. Our topics are: “Water pollution”, “Air Pollution”, “The Ozone Hole”, “The Greenhouse Effect”, “Acid Rains”./Темы заранее давались с целью поисковой работы/. Please, stop discussing. One by one report your topic and make the conclusion, announce it. P1. “Water Pollution” – Our mission . We need to save our water, to keep it clean and healthy so people, plants and animals will always have some to drink. And so fish and other creatures will have a place to live. P2. “Acid Rain” – Our mission. It’s very important for us to stop making acid rain. One good way to do that is to drive our cars less. Another good way is to save energy. The less energy we use, the less coal those power plants will have to burn. P3. “Air Pollution” – Our mission. It’s very important for us to “clean up our act”, and clean up the air we all breathe. Everyone can help keep our air clean and safe. It’s even fun! You can plant a tree, ride your bike, and even write a letter to a newspaper. P4. “Greenhouse Effect” – Our mission. Everybody can help stop the greenhouse effect by using less energy, protecting and planting tress, and by recycling – so factories don’t need to work as hard making things. P5. “The Ozone Hole” – Our mission. Scientists are very concerned about the ozone layer, because a lot of it has gone away in just a few years. So it’s very important that we learn to do something about it. We can all help to stop the ozone layer from disappearing! Цель аудирования – восприятие текста и умение выделять главные факты в тексте. How much rubbish do you and your family throw away every week? When you throw something into your dust bin do you know where it goes next? Rubbish from your home is put into large holes in the ground called land fill sides. After many years often grass cover the hole but we can’t use the land or grow food and we can’t belong it because it is not safe. Some times pollution from the rubbish is escapes into the air or into rivers and streams. Clean air, water, land these are necessary for life and we are destroy them. 3. Выполнение тестов. Teacher: There are some pictures about protection of the environment. Choose the proper signs to them. Откройте на рабочем столе компьютера файл MS Excel с именем Приложение2, тест1. Вам предлагается выполнить тест, В ячейки строки 24,выделенные голубым цветом проставьте цифры, соответствующие верным ответам. На выполнение теста дается 10 минут. По окончании выполнения теста. Teacher: Переведите курсор в ячейку F31, где вам выставлена оценка за тест.
