| The ABC-party Оформление кабинета (или зала): На доске вывешен плакат с алфавитом, написано название праздника (“The ABC-party”), вывешены флаги англоговорящих стран (Англия, Америка, Австралия, Канада) и рядом на английском языке написаны мелом названия стран. В углу доски крепится связка воздушных шаров. При желании можно оформить стены рисунками животных или букв английского алфавита, выполненными детьми. Ход праздника Teacher: Good morning, children! Let’s begin our ABC-party. There are 26 letters. Letters, come here! Представление букв (26 ребят, у каждого из которых на шее есть медальон с обозначением его буквы, по-одному выходят на сцену). A: A is for apples and apple-trees, You can see apple on apple-trees. B: B is for books and for bookcase. I have many books in my bookcase. C: C is for cat. My cat is grey, And with me it likes to play. D: D is for dog and for doggy. I have a dog, not a doggy. E: E is for eight and for eleven. How much is eight and eleven? F: Flowers here, flowers there, Flowers growing everywhere. G: Look at me! I am the letter G. G is for girl and also for a garden. H: How many hands has a boy, say? How many hands for work and play? How many hands has a girl, say? How many hands for work and play? I: Ice-cream starts with the letter I, But I think, I is for I. I am a boy and I am ten. I like to play with my brother Ben. J: J is for jam. This is an apple jam. Jimmy likes it and so does Sam. K: K is for Kite. Kate has a Kite. It is little and it is white. L: I see a big yellow lion, a big yellow lion! What a big yellow lion! L is for lions! M: I am the letter M. M is for mouse. N: One, two, three, four, five, I caught a fish alive. Six, seven, eight, nine, ten, I let it go again. O: Give me an orange, orange, orange. I don’t like to eat porridge, porridge. P: Puppy, puppy, come to me. Let us play under the tree. Q: Lilies are white, Rosemary’s green. When you are King, I will be Queen. R: R is for rose, That grows sweet and red. “I take care at my roses,”- Says little Ted. S: S is for school Where we go every day. We learn to read, we learn to write And after school we play. T: T is for tail And also for train. U: In the streets the buses run, Two by two, or one by one. V: V is for van, Which carries milk and rolls. W: W is for window, For wardrobe and walls. X: X is for xylophone. Y: Y is for yard. Z: Z is for zebra, To ride it is hard. Teacher: 1. Look at this ABC, and say what letters are missing. В течение нескольких секунд демонстрируется написанный крупными буквами на листе бумаги алфавит с какими-нибудь пропущенными тремя буквами. V A Z P N U W Q I C F L Y K D T G J E M B S O (Key: H, R, X) Выигрывает та команда, ребята которой быстрее нашли недостающие буквы. 2. Put these letters in the ABC order. Дается несколько карточек с буквами, их надо расположить в алфавитном порядке: A D F B C E G I J H K N O L M Q P R T S 3. Put these words in the ABC order. (name, red, apple, cat, sister, big, three, white, lemon, green) Teacher: And now our children want to sing their favourite song . The song is about letters. 4. “ABC” song. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z. Teacher: Do you know the colors? 5. Colours. У доски в одной связке висят разноцветные воздушные шарики. Детям предлагается вспомнить названия цветов по-английски. Тот, кто назвал цвет правильно, выходит к доске и с помощью английской булавки “лопает” шарик названного цвета. Teacher: Do you know any poems about colors? (один ученик рассказывает стих про цвета). “I see” I see green, I see brown, I stand up And I sit down. I see red, I see blue, I see you And you, and you. Teacher: If you can count, let’s count from 1 to 12. 6. Numbers. Сначала ученики хором считают от 1 до 12. Затем учитель показывает цифры на карточках вразброс. 7. Let’s count from one to twenty and from twenty to one. Little children make a ring. Let’s play. Учащиеся встают в круг и кидают мяч друг другу (называя цифры от 1 - 20). Ученик ловит мяч и называет цифру. Teacher: Let’s sing the song “My friend” My friend Lynne Is old and thin. Clap your hands and Rat – a – tat – tat. My friend Pat Is short and fat. Clap your hands and Rat – a – tat – tat. My friend Brad Is tall and sad. Clap your hands and Rat – a – tat – tat. My friend Paddy Is always happy. Clap your hands and Rat – a – tat – tat. 8. Riddles. Учитель заранее готовит красочные рисунки соответствующих животных. 1. It can run and jump. It is not big. It is black, white or grey. It lives in the house. (a cat). 2. It is big. It can run. It lives in the zoo. (an elephant). 3. It is red. It is not big. It can run and jump. It lives in the forest. (a fox). Teacher: It`s very fine. I think that you must know some kinds of animals. Let`s try to play. 9. Look at the pictures and name the animal. Давайте проверим каких животных вы уже знаете? Я буду показывать, а вы поднимайте руки и отвечайте. (Показывает животных). Teacher: Do you know any poems about your favorite animals? Pupil 1: I have a cat. My cat is fat. My cat says: “Meow”. I love my cat. Pupil 2: I`ve got a bunny. My bunny looks so funny. She nibbles on the flowers. She hops around for hours. I love my bunny. Because she is so funny. Pupil 3: I`ve got a frog. He lives in a bog. He croaks at the log. He used to be a pollywog, But now he`s my jolly frog. “It’s fun” It’s fun to be this, It’s fun to be that: To leap like a lamb, To climb like a cat, To swim like a fish, To hop like a frog, To trot like a horse, To jump like a dog. Teacher: Good, I see you know the ABC, different animals, colors and now let's play the game "Taking steps" 12. "Spell the word, please". (Учитель показывает карточки, на которых написаны слова и просит "Spell the word, please". Если ученик правильно назвал слово по буквам, то он делает шаг вперед. Выигрывает тот класс, представители которого быстрее дойдут до финиша.) I II NAME FACE BIG SIX NINE FIVE HAND BLACK PEN BED ROSE NOSE DOG BOX BUS CUP 13. "Reading Baseball". Teacher: Well done. You know how to spell. But can you read? We'll see it in a moment. Four more pupils from each team will come up to play the game "Reading Baseball". Вызванные учащиеся должны вообразить, что они будут играть в английскую игру "Reading Baseball". Первый ученик берет указку ("bat"), подходит к доске, закрывает глаза и говорит: "Tick-tack-toe, Here I go; If I don't miss, I'll take this." После этого он указывает на какое-либо слово, затем открывает глаза и читает его. Если ученик правильно прочитал слово, его команда получает одно очко. 14. Please solve puzzles and read your sentences. (Командам даются зашифрованные предложения. Выигрывает та команда, которая быстрее расшифрует запись и правильно ее прочитает) M Y D O G I S B L A C K M Y C A T I S B R O W N 15. Find words. Перед вами головоломка, в которой спрятались 9 слов, названия одежды. Ваша задача найти их, прочитать и перевести. За каждое правильно прочитанное и переведенное слово вы получаете баллы. Конкурс “Флаги и страны”. На доске вывешены флаги и написаны названия англоговорящих стран (England, America, Australia, Canada).Учитель с помощью детей переводит названия стран на русский язык, а затем предлагает им выйти к доске и с помощью мела соединить флаг и название страны. Teacher: And now let’s recite the poem “We like”. All together… Poem. We like to read, We like to play, We like to study Every day. We like to run, We like to jump, We like to play It’s fun. Teacher: Let’s sing the song “If you’re happy” If you are happy and you know it, Clap your hands. If you are happy and you know it, Clap your hands. If you are happy and you know it, And you really want to show it, If you are happy and you know it, Clap your hands! If you are happy and you know it, Stamp your feet.
