Цели урока: развивающий аспект - развитие умения высказы¬вать предположения, планировать высказывания; тренировать учащихся применять усвоенный лексический и грамматический материал в новых ситуациях общения в монологической и диалогической речи; воспитательный аспект - снижение уровня тревожности и преодо¬ление замкнутости в общении; учебный аспект - совершенствование речевых навыков; развитие умения аудировать с полным пониманием услышанного, умения читать с общим охватом содержания. Речевой материал: лексический - лексические единицы цикла; грамматический - условные предложения. Оснащение урока: интерактивная доска. ХОД УРОКА I. Эмоциональный настрой. Teacher: Good afternoon my dear boys and girls! How are you? Get ready for the lesson. I am very glad to see you. Sit down, please. Let us begin the English lesson. Look at each other and say cheese and smile. II. Речевая подготовка. Teacher: 1. What is the date today? 2. What is the weather like today? 3. What season is it now? 4. What are the names of winter months? Дети отвечают на вопросы. Teacher: Уже зима, одень-ка свитер! Зима – иначе будет … winter. Капель звенит дзинь-дзинь, дзинь-дзинь, Пришла весна иначе … spring. Догадайтесь сами, Лето это … summer. Лечу впервые самолетом, А за окошком осень … autumn. Иногда идет весною Мокрый снег, иначе … snow. Ветер воет и гудит, Ветер по-английски … wind. «Дождь идет», - сказал Андрей, Дождик по-английски … rain. Знаю точно, знаю сам, Солнце по-английски … sun. Моя звезда одна из ста, Свою звезду назвал я … star. Лунная дорожка пролегла меж дюн, Луну же по-английски мы называем … moon. Посмотри как здесь красиво, Роща там, здесь речка … river. У озера танцуем брейк, А озеро иначе … lake. Шезлонг ты к морю отнеси, А море по-английски … sea. The theme of our lesson is weather. Look at the blackboard and pronounce the sounds. III. Фонетическая разминка Запись на доске: [w], [ð] We, when, where, why, what, were, white, week, wet, water, wax …. Thank you. Who can name the words with the sound: [ð] That, this, these, those, them, their, they, weather….. Запись на доске: Read the poem after me. When the weather is wet We must not fret, When the weather is cold We must not scold. When the weather is warm We must not storm, But be thankful together Whatever the weather. Учащиеся повторяют стихотворение за учителем по строчкам. What is your association with the word ‘seasons’? (summer, winter, autumn, spring) Teacher: What is the weather may be in these seasons? Title the pictures Дети подписывают картинки на интерактивной доске и озвучивают их. IV. Работа с грамматическим материалом (условные предложения) In different weather people’s behavior, activities and health may be different. Let’s dream and imagine what will happen to you and your relatives if the weather is… Match two parts of the sentences. 1. If it is frosty; 2. If it is stormy; 3. If it rains; 4. If it snows; 5. If it is foggy; 6. If there is sunshine; 7. If the weather is fine/bad. a) My sister will stay at home. b) My brother won’t go to school. c) I’ll watch TV at home. d) I’ll skate. e) We’ll go on a picnic. f) My grandma will have a headache. g) My friends and I will swim. V. Развитие навыков устной речи и чтения. a) Read the text. Winter is a nice season. Some people like summer or autumn, but others like winter. December, January, and February are winter month. But in some places winter begins in November and ends in March or April. The nights in winter are very long, and it is dark when we get up in the morning. The days are short. The ground, the fields, and the trees are white with snow. Sometimes it is very cold, and people put on their warm clothes when they go out. Boys and girls like to skate and ski. You can see a lot of children running and jumping in the snow or playing snowballs. Little children like to make snowmen. b) Answer the questions. - What season is it? - When does winter begin in some places? - What do little children like to do? - Who likes to skate and ski? - What can you see in the yard? c) Comprehension check. True/false. Correct the false statements. 1. Winter is a nice season. T 2. November, December, and January are winter month. F 3. The nights are short and the days are long. F 4. Sometimes it is very cold and frosty. T 5. Children like to skate and ski. T We have divided into two groups. (colours) VI. Работа с письмом. Учащимся раздаются картинки с временами года, где они должны добавить недостающую информацию а) Fill in the gaps. 1. It is ____. 2. The winter months are _____. 3. It is ___ in winter. 4. It ____ in winter. 5. The ____ is on the ground and on the trees. 1. It is ____. 2. The spring months are ____. 3. It is ___ in spring. 4. Spring is a wonderful _____. 5. The sky is ____, the grass is ____. 1. It is _____. 2. The summer months are _____ . 3. It is _____ in summer. 4. The days are____, the nights are ____. 5. The sky is ____ , the trees are ____. 6. The flowers are ____ . 1. It is _____. 2. The autumn months are ____. 3. It is ____ in autumn. 4. The sky is _____. 5. The trees and the grass are _____. 6. A school ___ begins in autumn. b) Make up a cinquain. (weather, winter) c) Match seasons and the words meaning the weather. Winter sunny rainy cold Spring snowy cloudy hot Summer windy stormy warm Autumn foggy frosty cool d) Find the odd words. Frosty, warm ,cold, snowy. Rainy, stormy, sunny, foggy. Spring, autumn, winter, sky. Blow, hot, snow, rain. e) Ask questions about the weather. Sunny winter? hot cold Is it frosty in summer? foggy snowy spring? rainy cloudy autumn? f) Make up sentences and translate them. 1. It / autumn / often / in / rains. 2. don’t go/ to school / in summer / Children. 3. songs / Birds / in summer / sing. 4. cold / blows / A / in winter / wind. 5. in May / are / Leaves / green. VII. Объяснение домашнего задания. Teacher: There are a lot of proverbs and sayings about seasons, weather and nature. I’ve found some. At home try to find Russian equivalents to these English proverbs and sayings: Everything is good in its season. It never rains but it pours. Every cloud has a silver lining. It is an ill wind that blows nobody good. A snowy year is a rich year. Make hay while the sun shines. Учащиеся записывают пословицы и ищут их эквиваленты самостоятельно. VIII. Обратная связь. - Was it interesting at the lesson? - Was it difficult/easy for you? - What do don’t you like at the lesson? IX. Рефлексия.
