Дата: « 11 » December 2013 year Класс: 7 Тема: « Professions» Цели: Образовательная: совершенствовать произносительные и лексические знания по разговорной теме "Professions Развивающая: развивать навыки языкового общения, говорения через работу в парах и группах, развивать навыки сообразительности и мышления в лексических словах Воспитательная: формировать умения работать в коллективе, воспитывать уважение к собеседнику; создавать благоприятные условия для осознания и реализации личностной и социальной значимости процесса овладения иностранным языком, для воспитания многоязычной поликультурной личности. Оборудование: плакат с стихотворением, карточки с заданиями Тип урока: урок обобщения и систематизаций знаний Procedure of the lesson № Stages Activities Time Materials I Engage 1. Org.moment a)greeting Good morning pupils! I`m glad to see your too! Your may take your seats! How are you? Now, Let`s begin our lesson. Answer my questions, please. Who is on duty today? Is anybody absent today?(All are present). What date is is today? What day of the week is it today? What season is it now? What month is it now? What is the weather like today? Thank you! 3min II Engage d) acquainting with the tasks of the lesson T: Dear children, let’s try to guess the topic of our lesson. Look at the blackboard. What you can see? (the poem “I am going to be” ) Let`s read and translate it. Teacher. You’ve met a lot of different jobs. Tell me please: «What are you going to be»? «I’m going to be a/an ______ ». Do you guess what is the theme of our lesson? P: Today we are going to speak about professions. (Тема на доске) You are right. Today we speak about professions. Now, say me, what kind of profession do you know? (children`s answer) Look at the pictures and name the professions, please. Ok, thank you, good!!! Today well play, today we`ll have an unusual lesson. Today we`ll do some interesting exercises, do crossword. Play “Snowball” Игра «Снежный ком» You task will be to say the first word and your own word about profession Ex. P1 – Teacher P2 – Teacher doctor P3 – Teacher doctor singer 4min IV Activate Task 2. Now divide into 3 groups.Let`s write What do you think what job is POPULAR, IMPORTANT, INTERESTING, DANGEROUS? Tick please in these cards. Now name places where people can work.( hospital, school, café, garage ets.) Name their activities. Pair work. 1) Picture Dictionary 2) Match the pictures to the words. 3) Circle the correct word. 4) Jumble Time! 5) Word Search (9 words) 6) Spell each word below. Then check your answers in the picture dictionary. Task 5. Individual work 1) Who flies planes? 2) Jobs and places around 3) Who is this 4) Who works in a post office? Task 6. Group work Make the dialoque 20min cards with tasks cards with tasks cards with dialogue VI Engage The game “SIMONS SAYS”. Now pupils, let`s play the game “Simon says”.Now I explain the rules of the game.(Students stand up and the teacher give some commands with the phrase “Simons says” Example “Simons says touch your nose”.The students do commands. Sometimes the teacher give a command without “Simon says” Example “Touch your face”. When students hear a command without “Simon says”shouldn`t do anything. 3min VII Activate 7. Составление Cинквейна. Teacher: .Now we are going to make up a small poem which is called cinquain As far as you remember it consists of 5 lines.(дети собирают синквейн из слов написанных на карточках. ) Let` s choose the topic.(teacher, clown ets.)
