The high demands are made to school teachers by modern society through those, the school teacher must teach his students realizing at most their personal development, not only thinking about pupil’s ability and opportunity. Te new formation teacher mustn’t know only his “subject”, he must be a researcher, a consultant, a designer of projects, a public active worker an expect. It’s possible to do success and to reduce school into the land of knowledge, where the pupil will be aspirate by the way of efficacy labor’s raising and professional skill.
And now let’s understand what “a modern lesson is”?
There are many interpretations of the notim “a modern lesson”.
“A modern lesson” it is a lesson of using all possibilities for pupil’s personal and intelligent learning, for forming moral basis by U.A. Konarjevsky (professor, te doctor of pedagogical science) . “A modern lesson”- it is a literal lesson, a lesson free of fear, nobody isn’t afraid.
As the result of many different interprets it is possible to make three main postulates.
1. The lesson is discovery of truth, a search of truth and a comprehension of truth in teacher’s and pupil’s joint activity
2. The lesson is a part of child’s life and spending this life must be happen on the level of high human culture
3. A teacher as a subject of truth understanding and as a subject of life at the lesson is the highest value in role of aim and not in role in instrument
A pattern of high culture relations, an opportunity of liberal mental labor, the joy of contacts and an intensive mind development of child are understood by these lessons. The unity of education , upbringing and development is the main idea of modern lesson. An appearance of any lesson begins by correct understanding and precise definition of the lesson’s aim. Every lesson has its individual structure. The structure of s modern lesson- is a consistent of lesson’s stages its logical order and connection of lesson’s stages, interactions rising in educational process
1. Before preparations for the lesson:
- To clarify itself the theme
- To determine the theme’s role in educational course to define leading concepts on that lean given a lesson, otherwise speaking, to look at a lesson retrospectively, and vise versa, will designate for itself that part of educational material, that will be used in future, otherwise speaking to look at a lesson through the prism of prospect of the activity.
2. To define and clearly set forth for itself and separately for students having a special purpose setting of the lesson- is it in general needed? In this connection it is necessary to designate the teaching, developing and educative functions of the lesson.
3. To plan educational material- to pick up up literature on the topic. Thus, if the question is about new theoretical material, it is necessary to try, that in a list entered the Internet resources, encyclopedic editions. To pick up educational tasks, the aim of that is:
- It is recognition of new material
- It is application of knowledge in a new application of knowledge in an unknown situation
- It is a creative going near knowledge.
To put in order educational tasks in accordance with principle “from simple to difficult”. To make the set of tasks:
- Tasks, tricking in a student to reproducing of material
- Tasks, cooperate comprehensions of material by a student
- Tasks assisting fixing of material by a student.
4. To think of “sparkle” of lesson. Every lesson must contain something, that will cause a surprise, amazement, delight of student – in a word, that they will remember when all will forget.
5. To group the selected educational material. For this purpose to think, in what sequence work will be organized with the selected material, as changing of activity’s types will be carried out.
6. To plan control after activity of students on a lesson:
- That to control
- How to control
- How to draw on control result
To prepare an equipment for a lesson. Selection of presentations, educational video films, set of flip charts, to specify at a necessity reference to the Internet resources.
8. Think about the job at home: its content and the necessary recommendations for its implementation.
The main condition for successful learning, the ability of teachers to modify, combine, prioritize own work in a nonstandard way. In modern pedagogy is such an interesting new pedagogical idea of "Design Lesson" (author-AAGin), used as an effective means to "build lessons." The algorithm of the Application of the technique. According to which the lesson is constructed as follows:
• Start the lesson.
• An explanation of the new material.
• Securing, training, practice skills.
• Repetition.
• Control.
• Homework.
• End of lesson.
Any of the sections of the lesson can be implemented by different methods or combinations thereof, that is, methods, in fact, there are elements of design lesson. When using the "Designer" significantly increases the variety of lessons learned can be prepared more quickly, creativity teacher moves to a new, higher level. Designer tutorial will "breathe" and change, as a living being. And much of the techniques will be unnecessary. Let us discuss some methodological techniques used in the constructor lesson:
1. Intelligent Workout
Always need a mood for a specific activity. For this there is a different procedure "entry into a lesson" - you can start with the intellectual workout - two, three, not too complex issue to decide.

P.S. In preparation class based pedagogical techniques "Designer lesson" not only increases creativity teacher, but also greatly increases the students' interest in the subject, which certainly affects the quality of education.
