Совершенствование речевых навыков. 2. Расширение лексического запаса по теме «Professions» 3. Развитие навыков восприятия речи на слух. 4. Создание предпосылок для использования полученных знаний в новой коммуникативной ситуации. 5. Активизировать грамматические навыки ( modal verb HAVE TO) Учебные пособия: Мультимедиа презентация (слайды 1-62) Урок проводится в компьютерном классе с использованием интерактивной доски. Ход урока 1. Приветствие. Сообщение целей и задач урока. Учитель: Good morning, boys and girls. I`m glad to see you. Today we`re going to talk about the world of professions. You will do some lexical exercises to improve your speech. 2. Фонетическая зарядка. Look at the board. This poem will be an epigraph of our lesson. На доске - стихотворение «I want to be». Учащиеся должны прослушать, прочитать и перевести стихотворение. I want to be Some people often say to me: “Have you decided what you want to be?” I usually answer , “I don`t know”, But it isn`t really so. I want to win an Olympic race, I want to see the Earth from space, I want to travel to Katmandu I want to be rich and famous, too. I want to be on Hollywood`s screen, I want to invent a new machine, I want to be very clever and wise, I want to win the Nobel prize, But most of all, I want to be Healthy and strong, and nice. 3. Famous people, their professions. ( slides) There are lots of famous people all over the world. All people know them well. They love and respect those heroes, who did a lot for their nation. And today will speak about them. What do you think people respected these outstanding and famous people? I think people respect them for his/her … Let`s speak about Kazakh famous people. Look at the screen. There are people who are widely known in Kazakhstan. Can you name them? What spheres are these people famous in? But as you know there lots of famous people not only in Kazakhstan, but in Britain too. Let`s speak about them. Do you know these names? Remember American outstanding people. There is one more interesting place in America. It is RUSHMORE MOUNT. Read the text you have and tell about what it is. Text for reading. MOUNT RUSHMORE There are many ways to honour famous people. In America there is a mountain which attracts many people. Mount Rushmore is an interesting place to visit. It is in South Dakota, USA. It`s a granite (гранит) mountain. Four faces are carved (высечены) on the mountain. They are the faces of four famous presidents. The presidents are Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson and Roosevelt. The faces are sixty high (в высоту).
