Food and drink. I’d like a hamburger.

The aims of the lesson: a) to enlarge pupil’s vocabulary, to speak about foods and drinks; b) to develop pupils’ skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking speech, to understand oral speech, to enrich listening; c) to develop the interest to English language, to teach pupils to respect each other and the culture of another nations, bring up them to love English languages. The form of the lesson: new lesson. Visual aids: flipcharts of the activeboard with pictures, pictures of the foods and drinks, a map, a crossword. Teaching method: Explanation answer-question, listening, work in pairs and work in groups. The procedure of the lesson: І. Organization moment a) Greetings Teacher: “Good morning, children!” Children: “Good morning, teacher! ” Sing a song “Hello” b) Talking with the pupil on duty -Who is on duty today? -Who is absent today? -What day is it today? ІІ . Checking up the home task. Let’s check your hometask. Exercise 14 p.142 III. New lesson: -Let’s begin our lesson. New theme our lesson is “I’d like a hamburger” Warm-up. Phonetic drill.
