“BRAIN RING” The theme: “Food and Drink” Language aims: to introduce the students the topic “Food and Drink”, revision grammar and lexical themes. Objectives: Educational: to introduce the students the topic “Food and Drink”, new lexical themes: food and drink, things people want to make something, the ingredients in the recipe, to revise countable and uncountable nouns, is there…? are there …? Have we got …?, some/ any. Communicational: to practice grammatical skills and encourage students to participate in communication on the topic. Developing: to develop the using of lexical, grammatical materials in speech in 3 languages: Russian English, Kazakh, in work in pairs, in role play, grammar puzzle, in speaking, writing (wordchain), enrich the vocabulary (Russian English, Kazakh) languages of the students in the theme “Food and Drink”. Who wants to be a poet at the beginning of our lesson? II. Warm-up “Rhyme” (Каждый учащийся выбирает себе карточку со словом. На доске написаны предложения, участвующий должен прочитать все и подобрать нужное предложение, чтобы получился рифмованный стишок) 1. Hi, my name is Sam, I like eating … (jam) 2.
